I am trying to search Grad schools and I am having a hard time choosing. Any help (details further)?

Specific details: I am looking to get a PhD in psychological research and am working on the experience, scores, etc. However, I am having a hard time finding out which schools have PhDs in this field, as well as a great faculty/student relationships, good scholarships, and a liberal atmosphere besides just the top ranked schools. Any suggestions?
