Hi!, I am hoping to write a review article of a topic of my interest (CTCF and its role in gene regulation). I am planning to apply for PhD soon ( as soon as I get done with my master's thesis ). could any one please guide me to the right resources for the same. thanks a lot!. Also, for what all materials do I need to write to authors of papers that I am referring to, for permission. which journals would accept / encourage something like this. thanks a lot!!.
